These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 755bd ("755bd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://755bd.io and its associated subdomains and mobile-optimised versions (collectively, "the Platform").

755bd implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit supporting documentation at any stage, including:

755bd reserves the right to suspend access to withdrawals, or to restrict account functionality, pending completion of the KYC verification process. Accounts that cannot be verified to 755bd's satisfaction may be closed, with any remaining balance returned to the verified payment method where possible.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 755bd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 755bd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 755bd reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 755bd, though your payment provider may impose its own daily or per-transaction limits. All deposits are credited to your 755bd account balance in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to BDT deposits.

• Deposit processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes in exceptional circumstances.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit fails after funds have been debited from your payment method, you must contact support with the transaction reference number. 755bd will investigate and, where the funds were received, credit them to your account. Where funds were not received by 755bd, the matter must be resolved with your payment provider.
• Deposit fees: 755bd does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 755bd accepts no responsibility.
• Source of funds: All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 755bd reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds in connection with its anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. This policy is maintained as a fraud prevention and anti-money laundering measure. Where the original deposit method is no longer available, 755bd support must be contacted to arrange an alternative verified withdrawal route.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000. Requests exceeding this limit may be processed across multiple business days at 755bd's discretion.

• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during support hours (08:00–02:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available support window.
• Verification hold: 755bd reserves the right to apply a verification hold on withdrawal requests where KYC documentation has not been fully completed, where unusual activity is detected, or where there is a pending investigation. Players will be notified of any hold and the reason for it.
• Withdrawal fees: 755bd does not charge withdrawal fees. Payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
• Bonus funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. 755bd reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to dormant account balances after written notice. Dormant accounts may be closed after 24 months of inactivity, with any remaining balance returned to the player's last verified payment method after deduction of applicable fees.

From time to time, 755bd offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

The following general principles apply to all 755bd bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may have different contribution percentages. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free bets expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

All bets and wagers placed on the 755bd Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or sport, as published within the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or betting market before participating. Claiming unfamiliarity with game rules will not be accepted as grounds for a refund or void of a settled bet.

• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within each game and market interface. 755bd reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Bet settlement: Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, FIFA, etc.). Live casino game results are final as determined by the game software or live dealer outcome. Crash game results are determined by the certified RNG algorithm governing the title.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 755bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Any deliberate misrepresentation of identity, age, location, source of funds, or payment method ownership.
• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one 755bd account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.

• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a genuine 755bd transaction. Chargeback fraud will result in immediate permanent account closure and pursuit of the outstanding amount through available legal means.
